Fall Hike

Tyler finally finished his surgery rotations this week so we took advantage of beautiful weather and time off to go for a hike. We went to Watkin's Glen, a state park on the south side of one of the Finger Lakes. It was beautiful! There are 19 waterfalls to see as you hike up. There weren't as many fall leaves as we expected because the hike was mostly through the gorge. This waterfall is one you go behind (and get a little wet).At the top with the pretty leaves. What a perfect fall day!The Moore's came to visit us last weekend, and we had a great time, but I'll post about that later.

That place looks amazing! I wish I could see your east coast fall colors.

Was the water in the pools warm enough to swim in? Why wasn't Tyler cliff-jumping

Maybe because the water was no more than 3-4 feet?
