The Crib

Our crib finally came in! We ordered it months ago, but it has been on back-order. We're happy it made it here before the baby. We were at our birth class when it was delivered, so we had to get it upstairs by ourselves. BAD IDEA...
Tyler was trying to push it up, while I pulled a little. I am too huge to do much and he pushed against the wall with his butt, and busted this big hole in it! We haven't gotten it fixed yet because we're scared they're going to make us pay for it. After that disaster, I made Tyler call a neighbor to help him get it up.
After that, it was smooth sailing. Tyler setting it up.
It's done and so darling! We love it. We are now trying to organize the room how we want it, but it's still a work in progress.

Rebe, unless you've doubled in size in the last week and 5 days since your 34 week picture, I don't think you can classify yourself as "huge."

Just a suggestion- The next time you can't get a big box up the stairs, try opening the box and taking the furniture up piece by piece:) May take a few more trips but it'll be much lighter and smaller and might spare your walls!

Hope you have a friend that's good at dry walling!

Or just put up a 98 Degrees poster like we did in college over the big hole. Love the crib!

Ha ha! got to love Whipple Park drywall! All of the shelves we've installed have something like ten anchors each because they rip through the drywall so easily! Love the crib though. Very cute!
