We hit the pinata. After the kids got several rounds of whacks at it, and only the legs missing, it was the big boys' turn. Tyler busted it open! Look at that form!
We also played Minute to Win It games that I organized. It was a lot of fun and pretty hilarious, as evidenced by these pictures: Cookie Face!
The big boys found the firecrackers and chased poor Ana and Tori all over the place, and we also did our traditional poppers complete with dorky crowns.
My personal favorite is the dance party, which turns into the sisters and kids dancing with the husbands sitting on couches laughing at us! It was sweet this year with glow sticks and Tyler as the strobe light. After the little ones went down to bed, we played Murderer in my parent's vacant house behind them. Talk about freaky!!
At midnight, we celebrated the traditional way- cah cahs and cheering. Perhaps a little smootch as well...
Happy New Year! 2011 was a great year, especially because we added the cutest baby into our family, but I have a feeling 2012 is going to be amazing too! (Probably just because Tyler is graduating...)
