Back at home

We had some fun before school started back up after we got back from our trip.  Tyler has been helping cover the UCI Mens basketball games as a team doctor, so we took the kids to one.  They loved it!  We has awesome 2nd row seats and they got to inhale sour patch kids.

 Zot!!

Penny got into my makeup and heavily blushed her cheeks.  She thought she was "so pretty!!"

 And then we got sick...  Poor Harrison had the brunt of it with a fever for 5 days.  He snuggled with me and fell asleep at 8 am.  Poor guy.

 But is there anything cuter than a sleeping kid? 

 

When he finally started feeling better, Penny and Bridgette both got sick.  It made me so happy to see him smiling and eating toast after not feeling well for so long!!

 

The girls started complaining their ears hurt, so Tyler checked them out and they all had ear infections.  Poor Harrison had probably had an infection all week and we just didn't know it.  Once we got everyone on antibiotics, they were much happier.

 I gave Tyler tickets to a Clippers vs Rockets game for Christmas, so we got to go out alone.  Such a fun time and a crazy game!  It was super intense with fights and technical fouls plus ejections.  We were lucky to see Blake Griffin play before he was traded away.

Back to real life with school and work.
