Yeliu Geological Park

The boys had the day off yesterday because it was a holiday (cleaning the graves of your ancestors) so we went up to Yeliu Geological Park on the Northern coast of Taiwan.  The ocean and waves have made the landscape very interesting and beautiful.

Before we started out.  We loved this lush green mountain behind us.

We took a hike up the hills to escape the tourists on the bottom and saw beautiful trees, butterflies and had spectacular views of the ocean on the top.

At the top of the hill.
Tyler wanted to swim, so he got right in.  The water was a little cool.
The most beautiful coast I've seen!
Bridgie was there too... playing on rocks.
 Tyler with the rocks.
The rock formations made it look like the moon or Mars.
This was my favorite thing we've done so far.  It was beautiful!!!  Oh, how I love the ocean, good thing we are moving to the Pacific!
