5th Anniversary

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary in style this year.  And by style, I mean "resident style".  Here's how the day went:

4:30am- Tyler off to work
7:30ish- Me and Bridgette up and going for the day
We run errands, go to Trader Joe's and get some fun things for dinner
3:00pm-ish- The creepy UPS man drops off flowers for me from Tyler.  Awww...
6:00pm- I text Tyler:
Rebe: Let me know when you're leaving so I know when to time things for dinner.
Tyler: I'm going to be super super late.
Rebe: Like 8 or like 10?
Tyler: 9
Rebe: Sounds like a date.

8:45pm- Tyler finally gets home, we eat yummy Fresh pesto from our basil plant with Trader Giottos (they really got me laughing on that one!) spinach tortellini and pan fried chicken.
9:30pm- Tyler goes to bed. He has to work the next day at 5 am.

The end.  Wowza!  Don't feel bad for us.  Actually do, but only a little.

We did go out to dinner on Saturday after Tyler got home from the hospital to a Taiwanese food place.  Wasn't as good as Taiwan though.
Honeymoon in Cozumel, Mexico
Tyler is working super hard and although we don't see much of him, he makes a big effort to know what's going on and make the most of his time with us.   We are still happily married and in love and I guess that is what is most important.
Happy 5 years to us!  (That seems like forever!)

Happy Anniversary!

Owen's been getting home a bit earlier (though he doesn't have the commute) but otherwise your average day sounds like our average day...and his first day off is this saturday :)

Too bad the Taiwanese place wasn't up to our standards.

Happy Anniversary!! Love the honeymoon picture. And I do feel sorry for you, but only a little bit just because you asked.
