I had my talented friend & photographer, Beatta, take newborn pictures of Harrison. He was so alert and awake, so most of the pictures have his eyes open. What a handsome guy! We were able to use homemade blankets as our props in most of the pictures. This cute one from my mom.
This is on the fox quilt that I sewed for his room.
We finally got him to fall asleep at the very end of the shoot snuggled up in the blanket crocheted by my Grandma Melville.
I love these beautiful baby blue eyes!
I had her take some pictures of Bridgette for her 4 year old pictures. She looks so much more grown up lately, and felt so special getting her pictures taken. The most cooperative subject ever!
I loved the joy captured in this shot. She was laughing and clapping after doing a ballet trick for us.
The pictures of all three kids were a complete disaster with Penny crying and trying to get away and then Harrison crying at the end. I'm not sure why I thought it would be easy to get a good shot. We decided to try again the next week and had more success. Penny remembered what Bridgette did last time we were here and wanted to pose for the camera. I'm so glad Beatta started snapping- look at that cute face!
Look at these beautiful children of mine! I can't believe we are so blessed. I just love them so much!!

I seriously adore your kids! These pictures turned out great. Wish I was there to snuggle that little boy.
