We all love it when dad is home. I couldn't find the girls and then walked back into our bedroom, only to find them cuddling and reading books with dad.
Cute little bugger. On the 4th, we went to our ward pancake breakfast and the kids rode around in the "bike parade". Harrison wasn't scared at all of the big kids riding around. He kept up with all of them on his wiggle car. We had a BBQ at the pool with friends and swam. We kept the kids up late to watch the city fireworks. It was a fun day.
Two days later, Tyler and I celebrated 10 years of marriage!!! I can't believe it has already been ten years. We certainly are older, wiser and have made it through some crazy times together. We celebrated by eating out at The Beachcomber Cafe, which is right on the beach. We had time to walk around before we got our table and it was so relaxing to be away from kids and just talk.
We got an awesome table, with the perfect view of the sunset as we ate. We both got delicious fish and had a to-die-for chocolate cake for dessert. Cheers to the next 10 years!
