We had a fun and low-key Easter this year. (Very different from last year's Easter in Taiwan!)
The day before we left for our trip, our ward had an Easter egg hunt. Bridgette absolutely loved it. It was cute because all the little kids were giving each other their eggs, not understanding they are supposed to find and keep them.
She took about 5 minutes to eat this robin egg and had the blue lips to prove it!
We also saw the Easter bunny at the mall. I had to sit with her because she was screaming. No surprise there!
We dyed our eggs on Saturday morning. Bridgette thought it was super fun and was trying to throw the eggs in the bowls.
Easter morning Bridgette woke up early, so Tyler brought her into our room to play while we laid in bed. She wiggled free and left the room, and came running back with the book from her Easter basket! We are such loser parents; we totally missed her discovering her stuff! Anyways, she got an ABC book, bubbles, chalk and a sand shovel. We are getting ready for summer!
In her Easter dress at church in front of the temple (it's across the parking lot). I sewed it over Christmas so my mom could lend her expert help. What a cutie!
Our family.
With the pretty calla lilies outside the chapel. I took this picture for Bridgette's first day of nursery, which she never made it to because she napped all of Sunday School and Relief Society. I guess we'll try after Conference.
We invited our friends, the Thayers, to roll eggs with us. The kids all loved it.
Bridgie has recently become a fan of her sunglasses, and will wear them as long as you let her. Pretty stylish, isn't she?
Watching her egg that she threw roll down the hill.
Afterwards, we had a turkey with fixings for dinner. It was nice to remember Christ and His resurrection, and to know that we will be reunited as an eternal family after this life. Happy Easter!

Bridgette looks cute in her "Zeebie" dress! Brady got one of those bubble wands too, they're pretty awesome. That's funny that she discovered her basket before you guys got in there. Your trip to SF looked fun, I'm glad you were able to get away for a few days!
Looks like Bridgette is going to be a pro at rolling eggs someday. :)
