Bridgette is 6!?!

On her 6th birthday Bridgette wanted to go to Disneyland.  She got to pick any treat, and she chose a giant lollipop.  We got her a birthday pin and she got to choose several rides to go on.  She brought in treats to her class at school and loved going to school on her birthday.

On the Saturday before her birthday, she celebrated with a pool party.  She loves swimming and that is the party she picked out of several other choices.  She had lots of friends from church and school come swim (in a very chilly pool) and then had pizza, fruit and cupcakes.  Grandma and Grandpa Moore even came out to celebrate.
With her doggy cupcakes with googles on, haha!
 That's better...
 Singing Happy birthday.

Blowing out her candles.  Somehow we kept 6 candles lit outside in the wind long enough.
 Yum!
Opening presents at the party- she got a fishing game, lots of art projects/supplies, and a body book.
The next day she got her presents from us.  She woke up to find a bed for her babies (stuffed animals).
She also got a Moana shirt and some art supplies.
Bridgette has matured so much in the last year and has grown tons too.  She is much more confident around other people and in new situations.  She is a totally awesome reader and can read quite difficult words.  She loves kindergarten and is always getting rewarded for good and thoughtful behavior.  She is a great big sister- she takes care of Harrison, chases him for me when I can't, and plays with Penny most of the day.  They really are best friends!
She loves Disneyland and is starting to realize that the "scary" big rides aren't all that scary but are fun!  She is recently obsessed with Wicked The Musical and knows every song by heart.  She is still an awesome eater and loves apples, any vegetables and fruits.  She loves to snuggle and have her back scratched.  She still has the most beautiful long blond hair and is by far the tallest kid in her class.
We love her so much and are proud of the kind person she is becoming!
