Pasta Cooking Class

Tyler gave me a gift certificate to a local cooking school for a class, and I just barely was able to use it last month.  I signed up for homemade pastas and sauces.  It was so fun!  The chef taught us how to make 2 kinds of pasta dough and 3 different sauces.
We made butternut squash tortellini with brown butter sage sauce for appetizer.
 Beef bolognese on fettuccine noodles.
And pasta primavera on bowtie pasta.
 With spiced Italian donuts for dessert.
I've already made the pasta dough and bolognese sauce once at home and it was super yum!  I feel like a professional chef now and I'm already itching to go back for another class!
